Volume 3 of Orchids of Borneo contains further selection of one hundred native species that of key importance in Borneo. Two orchid genera are given prominence in this volume: Dendrobium, the second largest orchid genus in Borneo and Dendrochilum, which is an important montane flora. Each species is illustrated by a line drawing accompanied by detailed description on the ways the orchid lives and why it is named so.
