Population explosion in Sabah in 3 decades from 1970-2000 was related huge influx of immigrants. The Royal Commission of Inquiry on Illegal Immigrants in Sabah 2013 disclosed evidence on who these immigrants are, why are they here, how did they get here, people responsible and the effects on Sabah community by this population increase.
