200 years of North Borneo Treaties, Engagements, Orders of her Britannic Majesty in council and old documents are a compilation of documents that accurately reveals vital information and communication between British Company, the Crown and rival Eastern Archipelago feudal Kingdoms, that previously not known or not privy to the general public. This is an attempt to compile and examine a 200 years of factual documents related to North Borneo in order to have better understanding on North Borneo History inclusive challenges encountered by a British company to form a system of administration and governance in a journey towards nation building.
