A journalist intends to document an international tickling competition (“competitive endurance tickling”) for kicks. Instead, he finds a bizarre and even threatening world created by a bully with deep pockets. The film explores possible legal and ethical issues with individuals making the videos and has itself been the subject of legal challenges.
