Applications are now being accepted for the 2010 Young Conservationist Award. Co-sponsored by the International Ranger Federation on protected Areas, in collaboration with Parks Visctoria and the George Wright Society, the award aims to recognize and raise awareness of the outstanding contributions made to the management of protected areas, and leadership shown, by young conservationists

Field Trip to Tabin Wildlife Reserve

The sign to the Tabin Wildlife Reserve partially blocked by Sabah Society members who enjoyed a long weekend at the resort. The highlight of the trip had to be the group of elephants seen at close range as they ‘bumped’ their way out to Lahad Datu on the return journey, 16-18 September 2004.
