It is with regret that the Society informs its members of the passing of Professor Kamarudin Mat Salleh, one of its long time members, on 9th November, 2009.
Prof. Kamarudin was an active and much appreciated member of the Society for many years, was the author of the book “Rafflesia – Magnificent Flower of Sabah”, and was instrumental in setting up the computer system in the Secretariat many years ago.

Our thoughts are with his family, now living in Selangor Darul Ehsan, at this sad time for them.
