Japanese Food Fair 2015, Friday 6th Feb 2015

 “DASHI” is most important ingredient for Japanese cooking and it is use in almost Japanese cuisine but foreign people don’t know well about how “DASHI” is used and the importance of it.
There will be a chef from Japan who will be conducting a cooking seminar. They will use Dashi to cook 3 dishes.
